The study shows a modern, timeless structure which, not insignificantly due to the intentionally chosen wooden facade, is integrated into the surroundings in a surprisingly reserved manner.

    This single family residence planned for a young family offers approximately 350 square meters of usable floor space over two stories. A great amount of attention was given by the owner to the outdoor area dedicated for socializing. In the warm season, the valley side terrace beckons outdoors with a swimming pool, sundeck and covered outdoor kitchen, thus expanding the day rooms on the living area level generously and seamlessly.
